WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Vice President Mike Pence’s press secretary Katie Miller said on Tuesday she was back at work after recovering from COVID-19, a case that helped encourage White House officials to start wearing masks and take stricter safety precautions around President Donald Trump.

Miller, who is married to Trump’s hawkish immigration adviser and speech writer Stephen Miller, said she had returned after receiving three negative tests for the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.

French Industry Orgs Offer Safety Protocol Guidelines For Resumption Of Filming On Movies & TV

Following Spain, India and others, France has outlined recommendations for on-set safety when filming gears back up again as coronavirus restrictions ease in the country. The Central Committee for Hygiene, Security and Working Conditions for TV and Film (CCHSCT) published its proposals today. The org noted that the suggestions are complementary to measures put in place by the government, and may be amended in the future.

France is in the third week of lifting some lockdown restrictions and the government is expected to release further overall information on Thursday. Cinemas are not anticipated

British caddies facing extended quarantine periods around PGA Tour restart

Harry Diamond, Rory McIlroy’s caddie, is just one of several British bagmen resigned to spending up to eight of the next 13 weeks in quarantine in order to appear at the PGA Tour’s forthcoming restart. 

Diamond arrived in Florida at the weekend to start to fulfil the segregated fortnight required to make him eligible to work for the world No 1 at the Charles Schwab Challenge in Texas, the first event back after a three-month hiatus on June 11.
